The Bridging Programme is a customised intervention-based curriculum designed to support children and adolescents who may have gaps in their academic, social or developmental skills due to learning difficulties.
The programme integrates key learning frameworks including Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development, Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences and Erikson’s psychosocial theory and is facilitated through 1:1, small group or integrated classroom settings.
The Bridging Programme ultimately aims to close learning gaps, promote independence and enable smooth educational transitions.
